Patchogue-Medford Library Mission Statement

The Mission of the Patchogue-Medford Library is to provide educational, cultural and recreational opportunities for the community, and to facilitate and support the informational needs of every community member. The Patchogue-Medford Library is a community resource and a center of intellectual freedom which acquires, organizes and disseminates books, non-print materials and services that help educate, enrich, entertain and inform.

Patchogue-Medford Library Privacy Statement

The circulation and registration records of the Patchogue-Medford Library shall not be made available to any third party nor any law enforcement agency of a local, state or federal government except when a court order in proper form, issued by a court of competent jurisdiction after a showing of good cause, is presented to the Library by the law enforcement agency or person seeking the records.
